The new year is a great time to start fresh and create new healthy habits. Take the New Year’s Challenge with 5 healthy habits to start the year off right! Goals: Daily movement: workout and 10k steps 3 meals with at least 20 grams of protein daily 5 minute meditation daily 7 hours of sleep nightly 8 cups (64 oz) of water daily We have created several resources to help you succeed! You will have access to: 7 day meal plan with a 7 day prep guide 7 days of follow-along workouts A unique habit tracker Email check-ins from a registered dietitian! You'll also be entered in a drawing to win our 7 Day One Pot Meal Plan! You will receive your materials in an email on the Friday before the challenge begins!
